At the time of sale, this puppy is considered and being sold as pet quality. The breeder, offers no guarantee that disqualifying faults will not arise at a later date which would make this puppy unsuitable for the show ring or for breeding. The breeder can not guarantee size, color, weight exc....
72 Hour Health Guarantee (6 month replacement)
This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery. For the protection of the purchaser and seller, the puppy should be examined by a licensed veterinarian.If the puppy is declared unacceptable health by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hrs (unless this falls on a weekend or Monday is a holiday) of the purchase/shipment, he/she should issue a written statement of diagnosis that must be presented at the time the puppy and AKC paperwork is returned. The puppy must be returned to us within 5 days of purchasing date. If the buyer does not take the puppy to a veterinarian within 72 hrs from the date of purchase, this warranty becomes null and void. The buyer shall elect to return the puppy to the breeder (at the buyer's expense) for a replacement puppy, provided that the puppy has not been injured or neglected.
As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and de-worming. The buyer has been informed of these and of future vaccinations and de-worming due..
*Puppy must be paid in full before shipping or at the time of pick up. All purchase prices are NON Refundable. The next available puppy/dog of equal value from the same litter or next available litter will be given.
Buyer Agrees:
*To have above puppy vet checked within 72 hrs of possession, please send a copy or picture of the health statement for our records.
*That all vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer, the breeder is NEVER responsible of any bills incurred...
*To keep the above puppy up to date on all immunizations and health care..
*To notify the breeder if they can no longer care for the puppy, and that the puppy will be returned to the breeder.
*Provide puppy with routine preventive care. Annual physical examination by a licensed vet. Give all immunizations. Administer heart worm preventative monthly. Breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian costs incurred by the dog. Breeder is not responsible for any transportation costs incurred in returning or replacing the puppy.. This contract applies to the original buyer only and is non-refundable to a second party. This contract is null and void if any of the terms and conditions are not fulfilled..
Terms of Replacement:
If the above dog should develop a servere genetic disease and can no longer function as a pet/companion animal the breeder will replace at no charge with a comparable value. A proper letter from the vet stating the problem found and the vet's professional opinion on the viability of the animal must accompany the returned dog/puppy and original paperwork. All the vet bills and returned shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be accepted by the breeder.
No refund, in part or in full will be given for the following: There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: Coccidia, Giardia, Kennel Cough, Cancer, Demodectric Mange, Scabies, Growth, Stenotic snares or Allergies which is common in the frechie breed, and other autoimmune system disorders that are not covered in this guarantee.. Coccidia, Giardia and Kennel Cough are common in puppies that go to new homes and is caused by bacteria. Neither are life threating and are easily treated. Kennel Cough is like a common cold and must run its course. This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undropped testicals, hernias, luxating patellas.. Parvo is NOT EVER covered, I can not stress enough to not allow your new baby around other pets, dog parks, shared drinking bowls, out in public places exc..!!! It is best to keep him/her inside until all vaccines are complete per your veterinarian's suggestion.
This contract applies only to the original buyer and is non transferable to a second party..This contract is null and void if any of the terms and conditions are not fulfilled. Unless otherwise specified, all vet bills at any time is the buyers responsibility including corrective surgery, cosmetic , shots and normal health care, euthanasia, spay/ neuter and also shipping are the responsibility of the buyer..
I have read the above contract throughly and understand and agree with the terms set forth in this document. I also understand that this a binding agreement and will abide by the terms we have agreed above. I acknowledge my acceptance of this contract with my signature below..
